Legendary point guard Chris Paul has announced he will be retiring after the 2025-26 NBA season.
Paul, who plays for the Los Angeles Clippers, is in his 21st season and is not receiving much playing time. He is currently averaging 14.5 minutes per game with averages of 2.5 points and 3.7 assists.

In his legendary career, Paul has averaged 16.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 9.2 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. His achievements include being named a 12-time NBA All-Star, including winning the All-Star Game MVP in 2013.
Paul won Rookie of the Year in 2006; he led the NBA in steals six times and in assists five times. He was an 11-time All-NBA selection, 9-time All-Defensive Team member, two-time Olympic gold medalist, and earned a spot on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.
