Celtics survive scare, secure 3-1 series lead

The Boston Celtics are the defending champions and the second seed out East. Many consider them favorites to clinch the Eastern Conference, outshining the Cleveland Cavaliers.

After the Celtics dropped Game 3 95-93, people were scratching their heads. Magic fans believed they were back in the series, while Celtics fans just knew their team would easily win Game 4.

So, when the Celtics narrowly held a 94-91 lead with 3:30 remaining in the game, Boston fans were biting their nails.

The Celtics showed why they are champions by finishing the game off with clutch offense and defense, keeping the Magic at arm’s length. Boston survived the scare to win 107-98.

Jayson Tatum showed everyone why he deserves some MVP recognition with a huge performance. He scored 37 points while adding 14 rebounds, three assists, and three steals.

With a 3-1 series lead, Boston will try to wrap the series up this Tuesday back at home for Game 5.

Tip-off is 8:30 PM EST.
