Runningback Breece Hall has agreed to a three-year, $45.75 million contract extension with the New York Jets, he confirmed on social media Friday.

The new deal will make the 24-year-old the third-highest paid RB in the NFL. In 2025, he ran for 1,065 yards with four touchdowns while catching for 350 yards and one touchdown.

After the season ended, he was set to become a free agent before the Jets locked him in for another season with the franchise tag.

Now, they’re are making him the third highest paid RB, only trailing Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey.

After the news emerged, Hall took to social media feeling grateful.

A torn ACL limited him to just seven games in his 2022 rookie season, but he’s managed to remain healthy since.

As a young playmaker, Hall will now look to have an even better season for a Jets team that finished the 2025 campaign with a 3-14 record.
