Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield caused huge waves in the NFL world on Tuesday after he called out Atlanta Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski.

Stefanski was Mayfield’s head coach for three seasons on the Cleveland Browns before being traded to the Carolina Panthers.

“Still waiting on a text/call from him after I got shipped off like a piece of garbage,” Mayfield wrote. “Can’t wait to see you twice a year, Coach.”

Mayfield made the post in response to a reporter’s post that claimed his stint in Cleveland was a failure.

After things didn’t work out well in Charlotte, Mayfield played for the L.A. Rams for just five games before finally finding success with the Buccaneers.

As Mayfield’s true feelings about Stefanski are now clear, we have new anticipation for the two matchups between the Falcons and Buccaneers next season.
