Washington Wizards star Anthony Davis is enjoying his offseason with some shenanigans. He’s the host of the TBS prank show called Foul Play, in which he has already pranked a number of high-profile athletes.

Davis’ latest target was his good friend and former Los Angeles Lakers teammate Austin Reaves.

The newest prank placed Reaves in charge of sounding the alarm at the end of a fictional endurance contest for charity.

With four actors playing contestants, the winner was to be determined by who could keep their hand placed on a new car the longest. The last one to remove their hand gets the new car as well as a $250,000 cash prize.

All of the fake competitors spoke to Reaves beforehand about their journeys and about how much they wanted to win.

As the competition dwindled down to two competitors, Davis triggered the final buzzer to sound and signal the end of the contest, without Reaves actually pressing the button.

The judges and competitors blamed Reaves for prematurely ending the contest and demanded he pay each contestant the $250,000 prize.

After a few moments, Davis emerged to reveal the prank and embrace his former teammate.

“Out of everybody on the team, I really miss Austin Reaves,” Davis said on the show. “That was my guy”
