Tyrese Haliburton is the star guard of the Indiana Pacers. He led the NBA in assists per game during the 2023-24 season.
Despite this, Haliburton has been voted as the “most overrated” player in the NBA.

The Athletic recently conducted an anonymous poll of NBA players, voting on a handful of topics. They voted on topics such as who should be the MVP, which team will win the title, and of course, who is the most overrated player in the league.
Haliburton received 14.4% of the vote, with Rudy Gobert coming in second with 10%. Heck, even LeBron James received 2.2% of the vote, so how seriously can we take this player poll?
It’s safe to say we likely won’t find out which player voted for Haliburton, but he’s not too bothered by it. He’s focused on the playoffs and currently has his Pacers up 2-0 over the Milwaukee Bucks.
