Friday night’s CFP matchup between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Oklahoma Sooners has been one to remember. After Alabama closed a 17-point gap and took a three-point advantage, wide receiver Germie Bernard made a clutch catch over his defender.
As Ty Simpson sent the ball down the field, Bernard leapt into the air and reached over his defender’s head to secure the catch.
The incredibly difficult play moved the Tide less than ten yards away from the end zone, allowing them to punch in a touchdown four plays later.
The Tide is now looking to hold on to a 34-24 lead as the final moment of regulation approach.
