Michael Jordan is currently involved in a high-profile antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR. Ever since becoming an owner in the sport back in 2020, Jordan has been battling NASCAR and its policies.

Jordan originally sued NASCAR in October. The NBA legend alleged the sport held “anti-competitive practices and monopolistic control of the sport.” This caused NASCAR to compare Jordan and his team to an “illegal cartel.”
Jordan recently attended court where he testified. On his way into court, a fan hilariously played the old Chicago Bulls theme music.
The music no doubt put Jordan in the mood to destroy his opponent in court, as it always had for on-court action. Jordan is looking to win the case against NASCAR, treating it like any other opponent standing before him.
