The tensions of Game 7 of the World Series are being felt on Saturday after Toronto Blue Jays’ Andrés Giménez was hit by a pitch from L.A. Dodgers’ Justin Wrobleski.

Wrobleski was having trouble with the accuracy of his inside pitches throughout the inning and when he eventually hit Giménez, both benches cleared.

The previous pitch was already low and inside, so it didn’t appear to be intentional. Regardless, Giménez took exception to the hit and a heated exchange ensued.

The Blue Jays are holding onto a narrow 3-1 lead at the midway point of the fifth inning.
