Victor Wembanyama has been on a tear this season. Both offensively and defensively. This includes leading the league in blocks per game at 4.8.

When asked about continuing to block shots, Wembanyama gave a confident answer.

“Getting dunked on is part of the game,” Wembanyama said. “Until I’m getting dunked on more than I block shots, I’m going to keep going. But none of us gonna live to this day.”

Yes, Wembanyama is likely right. We’ll never see the day when The Alien is getting dunked on more than he is blocking shots.
