No. 4 UConn Huskies face No. 16 Michigan Wolverines on Friday at 8 p.m. EST in Boston.

Both teams begin the 2026–27 season 1–0. UConn opened with a win; Michigan also won its season opener.

UConn finished 34–6 overall last season and went 15–2 in non-conference games. The Huskies averaged 76.6 points per game and allowed 65.2 points per game in 2025–26.

Michigan finished 37–3 overall last season and went 16–1 in non-conference play. The Wolverines scored 87.3 points per game, shot 50.7% from the field, and made 36.8% of their three-point attempts in 2025–26.

The game will be played in Boston.
