In a thrilling overtime battle on Monday night, the severely depleted Denver Nuggets pulled off a stunning 125-124 upset victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Missing stars like Nikola Jokic (knee), Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, and more, leaving them with just nine available players, the Nuggets showcased incredible resilience.
Jalen Pickett led the charge with a career-high 29 points, including seven 3-pointers. At the same time, Peyton Watson added 24 and Bruce Brown contributed 19, sealing the win with a goaltended layup by Joel Embiid in the final seconds of OT.
