Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest Los Angeles Lakers players of all time. He won three NBA titles, three Finals MVPS, an MVP, and a scoring title all while donning the purple and gold.

Shaq’s name sits among the legends of Lakers history, and because of that, he believes he deserved a check from the team’s most recent sale.

The Lakers recently sold for a record $10 billion and this caused a reaction from Shaq.

“You know, I’m a little upset, right?” Shaq said. “… The Lakers got sold for 10 billion and I ain’t getting no Dually. I ain’t get no brand-new Escalade. I ain’t get nothing, dawg.

“It was Magic [Johnson], me, then Kobe [Bryant],” Shaq stated. “Can I get something? I mean, can I get a check for like 50 million?”

Shaq may be a little bitter about not receiving any money from the Lakers’ sale. Still, he’s making out just fine.

He is involved in many businesses, including Papa John’s Pizza and The General auto insurance. Shaq currently has a net worth of $500 million and that will likely continue to grow as the years go by.
