Rockets bounce back with huge Game 2 win over Warriors

The Houston Rockets weren’t ready for the onslaught of Stephen Curry in Game 1. In Game 2, they found themselves prepared and jumped out to an early 28-18 lead after one-quarter of play.

For the Rockets, they were led by Jalen Green, who went off for 38 points on 13-25 shooting. The Rockets bounced back to win 109-94, tying the series at 1-1.

The Warriors not only suffered a tough loss in the game, but also they lost one of their best players due to a nasty fall. Late in the first quarter, Jimmy Butler went up for a rebound and was knocked down hard by Amen Thompson.

Butler did not return to the game and this hurt Golden State’s chance of getting back into the game. If the Warriors want to bounce back themselves, they’ll need Butler back.
