L.A. Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is now facing a civil lawsuit in L.A. as a woman is accusing him of making an “unprovoked antisemitic statement” and biting her on the shoulder.

Madison Atiabi alleged in the suit that she heard Nacua said “f-ck all the Jews,” on New Year’s Eve.

She also alleges that Nacua bit her on the shoulder while they were in a car later that night.

TMZ first reported on the lawsuit and revealed that Atiabi was denied a temporary restraining order, but a hearing is reportedly scheduled for April 14.

Nacua’s attorney, Levi McCathern said in a statement to ABC that “multiple sober witnesses have stated unequivocally that Puka never made the comments Ms. Atiabi claims” and called it “a blatant lie.”

In December, Nacua received backlash after performing an antisemitic gesture with two streamers on a livestream.

He later released an apology and stated that he was unaware of the antisemitic nature of the gesture.
