After the first half of their Game 4 vs. the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana led 80-39. The Pacers ended the half on a 19-2 run, showcasing their dominance as the Pacers raced to take a commanding 3-1 series lead.

Cleveland would not be able to recover from their first-half beatdown. The Pacers walked away with a 129-109 victory, led by Pascal Siakam‘s 21 points on 9-10 shooting.
