This statement by McIntyre is a bit odd. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, this year’s MVP, is certainly a superstar player. He’s proven this by his play over the past few seasons.
Tyrese Haliburton has arguably become the most exciting player in this year’s playoffs. If he’s not considered a superstar yet, he’s certainly on his way.
The Finals should be exciting, and competitive. These are the ingredients of an NBA Finals you wouldn’t want to miss.
