Foster’s nicknames of The Extender and Agent 48 are warranted by his sketchy history. It won’t come as a surprise if Foster is selected to referee in Game 6 as one team tries to win the title and the other survives.

If I were a betting man and that situation occurred, I wouldn’t bet against The Extender. My money would be on a Game 7.
