The Indiana Pacers have forced a Game 7 in the NBA Finals. They defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 108-91 in Game 6, forcing the series to go to the limit.

The Pacers were led by a balanced attack. Indiana had six players score in double-figures, led by Obi Toppin‘s 20 points, and Andrew Nembhard‘s 17 points.

Pascal Siakam added 16 points and 13 rebounds. Tyrese Haliburton did play and he played well. He scored 14 points while leading Indiana with a +25 plus-minus rating.

For the Thunder, the MVP, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, scored 21 points, but really had no impact on the game. The hero in Game 5, Jalen Williams, scored a quiet 16 points on 6-13 shooting.

The Pacers weren’t expected to win the game, especially with the injury to Haliburton. But Haliburton not only showed up; he balled out.

The rest of the Indiana squad also showed up, proving that their Cinderella run is real and not ready to end. Now, with one game remaining for all the marbles, it is anyone’s game.

Game 7 is this Sunday at 8:00 PM EST.
