Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant are two of the best players of all time and they became close friends. Their play styles were very similar and they both were no strangers to the art of trash-talking.

In their very first meeting against each other, Jordan trash-talked Kobe. At one point in the game, Jordan caught the ball with Kobe on him. Jordan proceeded to spin past Kobe on the baseline, finishing with a dunk.

Jordan then said to Kobe, who was starstruck by the moment, “Lot faster in person, isn’t it?”

This is just another example of the GOAT, Michael Jordan’s signature trash talk. This highlights MJ’s competitive nature, which Kobe equally shared.

Most rookies would’ve backed down from a legend like Michael Jordan, but not Kobe Bryant. He attacked back, eventually dropping 55 on Jordan in their last meeting when Jordan was a member of the Washington Wizards.

It’s safe to say both Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant are among the best ever in both overall play and trash-talking.
