Luka Doncic finally had an off shooting night, going 9-22 from the field, including a woeful 1-11 from three-point range. Still, the Lakers held on to win 130-120, largely due to Doncic’s 29-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist triple-double.

The Lakers look like a team ready to compete in the playoffs, as they are gelling beautifully early on in the season. Besides Doncic’s triple-double, Austin Reaves had another solid game with 26 points and 11 assists.
