The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 134-132 in a close overtime matchup on Friday. Hawks star Trae Young sank the game-winning three with just over seven seconds left in overtime.
After L.A. took a three-point lead in the first quarter, the Hawks did the same in the second quarter and tied the game going into halftime. Coincidentally, the same process repeated in the second half with both team shooting at least 50% from the floor and 40% from 3PT range.
