The New York Knicks defeated the Denver Nuggets in dominant fashion on Monday with a final score of 145-118. The Knicks rained down an offensive hailstorm as Nuggets star Nikola Jokic struggled to match his usual production. The result was a franchise record 45 assists and a new career high in points for OG Anunoby.
Anunoby exploded for 40 points on 16-of-23 shooting and 5-of-7 shooting from three. Karl Anthony Towns was another key player for New York and finished with 30 points and 15 rebounds.

Jalen Brunson was yet another Knicks star that played well, he finished with 23 points and a career-high 17 assists.

Nikola Jokic played decently, but Russell Westbrook was the Nuggets biggest factor as he finished with 27 points off the bench, including 24 points in the fourth quarter.
On Wednesday, the Knicks will travel to Dallas to face the Mavericks while the Nuggets travel to Salt Lake City to play the Jazz.
