Jason Lloyd of The Athletic reported the news as Garland suffered the injury late in the fourth quarter of game two. Cleveland has a 2-0 lead in the series as Garland posted 27 points in the opening game and 21 in Game 2. He averaged 20.6 points and 6.7 assists during the regular season for the Cavs to make his second NBA All-Star team this season. The 6-foot-1, 192-pound point guard is part of an exciting roster with Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley.
