Cowboys wide receiver Parris Campbell has announced his retirement from the NFL. Campbell was originally drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in 2019.

Campbell spent his first four seasons with the Colts, raking in 97 receptions for 983 yards and five touchdowns. However, his fourth and final season with the team was what stood out the most. That season alone, he had 63 catches for 623 yards and three touchdowns, all career bests.

Over his final three seasons, Campbell played for three different teams. He started off with the New York Giants, playing 12 games but only starting in three of them. He then joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024, playing in only five games during the team’s Super Bowl run. His final season was in 2025 with the Dallas Cowboys, where he appeared in only one game.

Campbell was drafted as a standout receiver from Ohio State. In his collegiate career, he played 49 games and had 1,768 receiving yards for 15 touchdowns. He led the Big 10 with 12 receiving touchdowns in 2018.
