Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy has won the Vezina Trophy for the 2025-26 season. It’s his second time winning the award since 2018-19.

This was Vasilevskiy’s sixth time being a finalist for the Vezina. His six finalist appearances only match him with three other goalies since the 1981-82 season.

Vasilevskiy finished a top of the league with 39 wins in 58 starts. He ended the season with a 39-15-4 record, allowing 2.31 GAA, .912 save percentage, and two shutouts which was enough to guide the Lightning to their ninth straight postseason appearance, the longest streak in the NHL. He also had a 18 game point streak from Dec. 20 – Feb. 25. which saw him finish with a 17-0-1 record. This season he also became the sixth goalie in NHL history with nine 30-win seasons.

Vasilevskiy was the 19th overall pick in the 2012 NHL Draft. He has spent his entire career with the Lighting, winning two Stanley Cups and being named a three-time All-Star.
