Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams matched up against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday for the final face-off of the 2025 NFL London Games. While both teams entered the game with a 4-2 record, the Rams quickly took control.
Stafford turned back the clock in the first half and threw three touchdowns as the Rams’ defense kept Jacksonville scoreless. Facing a 21-0 halftime deficit, the Jaguars played solid defense in the third quarter, but couldn’t put points on the board.

They were able to score a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but Stafford launched two more touchdown passes to secure the 35-7 victory.

Stafford became the first NFL QB to throw at least five touchdown passes in an international game to go along with 182 passing yards. He finished the game without throwing a single interception.
Stafford may not have the strongest MVP case in the league, but he certainly strengthened it on Sunday.
