LaMelo Ball scores 25 points in blowout loss

The Hornets ended their 8-game slide on Monday when they defeated the Sacramento Kings, and things were starting to look a little brighter. Then, they got blown out by the Clippers, and things snapped back to reality.

The only bright spot was the play of LaMelo Ball, who scored 25 points in the loss. Will LaMelo have another wasted year in Charlotte?

Can the Hornets find LaMelo some help before he eventually asks out or leaves when his contract is up? We don’t know for sure, but if Charlotte plans to keep their star guard, they need to do something and fast.
